Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 August 2026
By downloading or playing Boom Block (“the app”), made by Fun on Earth, you agree to these terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, sell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its assets.
In-app purchases
The app is free to download and offers optional purchases:
- Remove Ads — a one-off purchase that permanently removes advertising. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored from the Store screen at any time.
- 500 Coins — a consumable pack of in-game currency.
Coins, boosters and any other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices. All payments are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Loot boxes
The in-game store offers a randomised loot box purchasable with in-game coins. The odds of each outcome are shown in the app before purchase and in the App Store description. Loot boxes cannot be bought directly with real money.
Your game data
Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes it, and we cannot recover it. We do not operate accounts or servers for the app — see the privacy policy.
Advertising
The free version displays third-party advertising. We do not control the content of individual ads. Report anything inappropriate to support@boomblock.edai.uk with a screenshot and we’ll pass it to the ad network.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. Purchased content may become unavailable if the app is discontinued.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun on Earth is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
