Common questions
I bought Remove Ads but the ads are back.
Open the app, go to Store (the icon at the top right of the main menu) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. Restoring is free and can be done as often as you like.
I reinstalled and lost my progress.
Progress is stored on the device only, so deleting the app deletes your scores, levels and coins. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and come back via Restore Purchases, but level progress and coins can’t be recovered. Cloud saves are on the list.
How do I play?
Drag a block from the tray onto the 8×8 board. Fill a complete row or column and it clears. In Classic mode the run ends when none of the three blocks in your tray will fit anywhere — check the whole board before you place.
What are the loot box odds?
Per open: 350 coins 15%, Bomb 3×3 26.8%, Row Clear 20.1%, Column Clear 13.4%, Tile Zap 6.7%, Random Bombard 4.7%, Tray Rotate 4.0%, Mega Blast 5×5 3.3%, Shape Swipe 3.3%, Tray Refresh 2.7%. Boosters come 1–2 at a time, and coins are guaranteed on any open after 4 opens in a row without them.
An ad froze or won’t close.
Force-quit the app and reopen it — nothing is lost, and the run resumes. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model and roughly when it happened.
How do I turn off the sound or vibration?
Main menu → Settings → toggle music, sound effects and vibration independently.
I want a refund.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is there a way to play without ads?
Yes — Store → Remove Ads is a one-off purchase that removes every banner and full-screen ad permanently.
